Puberty Plus is an ‘add-on’ series of videos, designed for children who have already learned the basics of puberty education and anatomy. Puberty Plus is also designed for those children who are more mature or who may have more questions, and whose parents feel need extended conversations. Parents and caregivers have control of which topics their children will cover.

We advise that parents view videos ahead of their children watching them as the best way to know exactly what is being covered. Viewing the videos with your child is also a good idea so they can pause the video and ask questions as they go. You may choose to allow your children access to all the Plus topics, to only some, or a selection now and others later.
You know your child best and will make that decision, but please remember that some of the topics may not suit your family setting, so please be mindful about supervising your child’s access to the videos.
Puberty Plus was good because it has more information than the puberty book I’ve read. It was easy to go through the lessons because the videos were short and I could watch a little bit at a time. I like how you can choose the areas that you’re interested in.
